You Are Olive Green

You are the most real of all the green shades. You're always true to yourself. For you, authenticity and honesty are very important... both in others and yourself. You are grounded and secure. It takes a lot to shake you. People see you as dependable, probably the most dependable person they know.

1. My favourite BtVS episode is Intervention.
False. My actual favourite episode alternates between FFL and OMWF. Intervention isn't far behind them, though!

2. I've been kissed on the lips by James Marsters.
True. When I met JM at his album launch in Coventry last year, I was lucky enough to get both a kiss on the lips *and* a hug from him. He gives the most amazing hugs! The kiss wasn't too bad either. ;) *happy sigh*

3. My favourite book is Time and Again by Jack Finney.
True. I first read Time and Again when I was eleven years old. I've lost count of the amount of times I've read it since then. I even own the audio book!

4. I've been married for twenty years.
False. I'll have been married for nineteen years in September. I met my husband when I was 15, and we married when I was 18.

5. When I was eight I fell off a slide and cut my leg open. I still bear the scar to this day.
True. I was never very good at climbing, while my older sister (who was a bit of a tomboy) could climb with ease. She was always climbing up the slide (instead of sliding down) and told me that she could do it because she had "magic pumps". One day I borrowed her white lace up "magic pumps" and thought I would be able to climb as well as she could. But half way up I slipped, fell and caught my leg on the edge of the slide. I was left with a big lump of flesh hanging from my leg, which needed quite a few stitches! Needless to say, I never tried to climb a slide again. And my sister's "magic pumps" turned out to be not quite so magic after all! Who'd have guessed? :D

6. I'm a huge Mariah Carey fan.
False. Sorry to any Mariah fans out there, but I actually can't stand her. The sound of her voice makes me cringe. It's like fingernails down a chalkboard to me!

That was fun, although it does make me realise that I haven't exactly led a very exciting life! :D

I have 1527 songs on my iPod (I own such a wide variety of music), so anything could have ended up being played! Some of the songs above have probably only ever been played once or twice in the entire time they've been on it. :D

I'm not quite sure what this list says about me, other than that I've got a very diverse taste in music. I like such a wide range of music and this is just a small glimpse of it. Some of the music I would have added didn't even exist according to this meme, but I'm wondering if that's because it (the music that didn't exist) was very much UK based.

You don't have to give away where you live if you don't want to - post a couple of difficult to spot pics, but for most of us it is a chance to get some ideas about places we have never been. If you don't have any way of putting pics on your journal you could just link to a few pics on line!
