Day 13 - Favorite childhood show

There is only one show I could pick for this, and it's the show that had me hiding behind the sofa from when I was a small child. Yes, you've guessed it, it's:

Classic Doctor Who



I vaguely remember Jon Pertwee (I was only 5 when he left), but my Doctor was always the larger than life Tom Baker, followed by fifth Doctor Peter Davison (who I loved, but could never quite forget was Tristan Farnon from All Creatures Great and Small, who I'd always had a crush on :P).

Doctor Who was such a big part of my childhood. Even now that iconic theme tune evokes happy memories of being with my family on a Saturday evening...and of running behind the sofa to hide beause I was scared of the Daleks! *g*

I've loved both old and new Doctor Who. I've seen many Doctors come and go, have liked some more than others, but (even though David Tennant may run him a close second these days) Tom Baker will always be the Doctor who holds that extra special place in my heart.
