The first sentence (or paragraph) from the first post of every month in 2006.
January
Happy New Year to everyone on my flist! I hope 2006 brings much health and happiness to you all. *hugs and kisses to everyone*
February
I had an interesting conversation with my daughter tonight. She's been having a recurring nightmare about a family member dying, and has borrowed "The Complete Book of Dreams" from one of her helpers at school. We disussed how the nightmare makes her feel and the meaning behind it according to the book. All interesting stuff. But then she told me something about the way she sees herself in her dreams...and it's not something I'd ever thought about before, although, thinking about it, maybe it should have occurred to me. It's certainly made me think.
March
Today is the 21st anniversary of the day Paul and I met. We first set eyes on each other on Saturday March 2nd, 1985.
April
April is Autism Awareness Month
Please head on over to

May
One year ago today The Soulful Spike Society not only lost one of its oldest and dearest members, but also one of its best friends.
June
I've been mostly absent from LJ over the last week. My family have all been home from work and school as it's Whitsun week, so it's been virtually impossible to have any online time at all. I've missed you all!
July
My love of the Buffyverse appears to be stronger than ever lately. RL has been difficult, so what do I do? Turn to BtVS again, of course! Buffy the Vampire Slayer helped me through some tough times when it was first aired, and it continues to do so today.
August
Last week I was too hot, this week I'm too cold. It appears that whatever the weather is like, I'm not happy. So does that make me typically British? Always complaining about the weather! *g*
September
Looking back over my LJ entries over the last few weeks, I realised that they consisted of mainly memes and birthday wishes. I'm not sure why that is, but if the truth be known, I've been in a bit of a weird place lately. Not just about RL (although that's taking its toll), but about fandom, too.
October
Because I haven't said it for a while, I'm going to say it again now. I still love Spike with a fiery, burning passion. No other character even comes close to him for me.
November
I've hardly been online at all over the last few days, so I missed the LJ Blackout over the weekend. I'm glad I did, because I would have been frantic if I'd wanted to access LJ and couldn't! It's one thing to voluntarily have a few days away, but to want to catch up with everyone and not be able to? I'd have been pulling my hair out! *clings to LJ*
December
I've changed my LJ layout to something a bit more festive for the Holiday Season! :D
I get knocked down, but I get up again. You're never going to keep me down.
:)
